Flying Saucer is a life saver for me at least once a month. Vegan friendly breakfast menu on my commute to band practice and work!? Awesome. Weekends are busy and I’d expect to have to wait even in small parties. Weekdays are dead and make for a great time to sit and read the paper over a cup of Metropolis fair-trade, organic, and locally roasted coffee.
