If you need some extra parts like inner tubes they got it. If you want charm and politeness go somewhere else. It’s sad that this is the closest bicycle shop to my house but I am easily more inclined to travel farther for the service and smiles.

Opposite experience

Opposed to the other two reviews – I actually had three positive experiences here. They helped me fit a new chain and troubleshot my bike for free. They sold my girlfriend a bike and seemed genuinely concerned about her setup and safety – they also gave her a good 15-20 minute rundown of all the features on the bike andoffer her free maintenance for a year. The only negative to me is the selection is small.

i don't like this place either.

unless your in their store to buy a brand new bike the guys working there could care less about you. i went here a few years ago to buy a chain when i was first starting to learn about fixing and maintaining my bicycle, so of course i had a few questions. and instead of being helpful they were rude and acted like i was bothering them. i don’t think they are even worth checking out.

Not too nice to me

I went in here to buy a fender a few months ago. The two guys behind the counter only had one, which was large and clunky and not the kind I was looking for. They didn’t seem too interested in helping me find one I liked.
