Swim Cafe serves coffee from Just Coffee. A small fair trade coffee company in Madison, WI who make a roast called the Revolution roast that I adore. Perhaps it is bias because the graphic design includes a bicycle wheel and cone wrench, but who cares? Its good. Plus your dog can get a 100% vegetarian treat as well. Sounds like a place everyone can enjoy! Karen, the owner, is incredibly amiable as well. I have to recommend this coffee shop.
